Media presence and photography guidance
To ensure the safety, privacy, and coordination of media activity on campus:
All individuals engaged in photography or videography on college property for news coverage or media production must have prior approval from the Marketing and Communications Office.
The Marketing and Communications Office will notify Campus Safety and Facilities in advance of any planned media visits or approved photography/videography on campus.
If faculty or staff observe or are informed of members of the media filming or photographing on campus without an escort from the Marketing and Communications Office, they should promptly report the activity to the Marketing and Communications Office at marketing@cornellcollege.edu.
Students and employees taking casual or personal photos are exempt unless the activity raises safety or privacy concerns.
For questions or to report media activity, contact marketing@cornellcollege.edu.
