    Attend the Cornell Fellows Showcase and dessert reception to hear about the types of internships and research students are doing with the support of the Cornell Fellows Program. Students will present summaries of their 8-week experiences and how they have influenced their academic and professional futures. This is a great event for any student considering an internship during their time at Cornell and all members of the campus community are encouraged to attend.     Internships and opportunities to conduct scientific research outside the classroom not only provide experience and strengthen understanding of the scientific process, but also strengthen your application greatly. This workshop will teach you how to search for internships and research opportunities provided by Cornell College, and how to navigate the sometimes competitive process.
