Section 4.16: Sexual Misconduct
Resident Assistants serve as mandatory reporters for the college. This means that if a student reports to an RA that they have experienced sexual misconduct, the RA must report it to the college.
RAs must be familiar with the current Title IX regulations and policies which relate to sexual misconduct.
