Each of Cornell’s nine residence halls boasts all the amenities you’ll need—laundry facilities, a kitchen, cable TV hookups, and super-fast Internet connections, for starters. Room options range from traditional doubles to singles, suites, and apartments.

As a first-year student, you’ll share a floor with other first-years, forming an instant support group. You might immerse yourself in leadership and community service by choosing to live on Connect Floor. In later years, you and some friends might create a Living & Learning community dedicated to a cause you care about, like working against cancer or promoting awareness of women’s issues.

Wherever you live, you’ll eat well at Cornell with several meal plan options. Our dining hall features hand-tossed pizzas, stir-fries cooked to order, and creative daily specials to suit every taste. Each meal includes a vegetarian option, a grilled choice, a large salad bar, desserts, and more. And for quick meals, snacks, and your favorite Starbucks brew, try the popular coffee-shop atmosphere of the Rathskeller.
