Career Services

Wherever you want to go in life, a Cornell College education will give you the analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit you’ll need to thrive.

We’ll help you gain a few other important skills, too—like navigating jobs listings, writing a professional resume, landing that all-important internship, and a lot more. Our Career Services Office will work with you throughout your college career to identify your interests, refine your goals, and develop a plan to meet them.

At Career Services, you’ll find accessible staff members who’ve helped hundreds of students explore careers, find internships, land part-time and summer jobs, start graduate school,  and launch careers. You’ll also find a comprehensive career library and computer lab, available during regular office hours.

Of course, you’ll get plenty of career guidance from advisors in your own academic department, too. And if you’re planning a career in the health professions, you’ll get pre-professional guidance from an advisor in our Dimensions program. Likewise, a Berry Center advisor can help launch a dream job in economics, business, or public policy. And if you’re planning to teach, the Education Placement Office can help.
