Complaint/grievance - An expression by a patient of dissatisfaction with services received.
Procedure to file a complaint
Option 1
You may schedule an appointment to voice your complaint in person with the individual involved or the Director of SHS.
Option 2
- Obtain a Student Feedback Form from the Health Services website.
- The Director will investigate the complaint and take action to resolve the problem insofar as possible.
- You will be notified of the outcome of the investigation including any action taken.
- You have a right to appeal to the Dean of Students if you believe the outcome is unsatisfactory.
