All RAs, regardless of their assigned community, are required to meet certain programming requirements each block and throughout the academic year.  The requirements for the current academic year are listed below:

  • 6 floor programs a year based on the programming model.
    • Semester 1 Educational Priorities & Outcomes: Communication, Intercultural Literacy, and Well-being.
      • Complete all three of these in Semester 1.
    • Semester 2 Educational Priorities & Outcomes: Citizenship, Ethical Behavior, Inquiry, Knowledge, Reasoning, or Vocation.
      • Complete any 3 of these in Semester 2.
  • 2 All-Hall programs a year.
    • 1 can count as a program.
    • 1 can count as a floor social get together for the Block.
  • 2 door decorations a year.
  • 1 floor social get together a Block.
  • 1 community interaction with every resident a Block.
  • 1 bulletin board a Block.
  • Participation in the annual Res Hall Olympics (tentatively set for 2nd Block Break).
