Cornell College Scholarship Opportunities

Cornell College offers an attractive merit scholarship program. Academic scholarships range in value from $4,000 to full tuition. Fine arts scholarships and awards range in value from $1,000 to $15,000. We also offer awards to transfer students and we connect students with a wide range of outside scholarships.

Eligibility and decisions

Eligibility criteria are provided for each scholarship. A student is not guaranteed of being awarded a scholarship simply by satisfying these criteria, e.g. grade point average, class rank, or standardized test score. Scholarship decisions will be based upon the student's overall attractiveness as a candidate for admission in relation to other applicants and to the date on which the application was submitted. In some cases, a student may be offered a scholarship at a higher or lower level than her/his eligibility would indicate. A student may be awarded up to two Cornell scholarships, though the second one will be limited in value to $2,500 or less.
