Report a Concern

Cornell has a central reporting form for all incident and concerns. Use the form below to report a conduction violation of The Compass, violations of the Sexual Misconduct Policy, hazing reports, off-campus incidents, and concerns about a student's wellbeing such as mental health or academic concerns.
