We understand how important technology is in our students' daily lives and strive to provide a sound computing environment with robust services. As a result, the following services are offered to students. These services are not calculated into our tuition and are currently offered free of charge.

  • Connecting a supported device to the College network
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity
  • Malware/virus removal
  • Limited hardware diagnostics and repair
  • Advice on device purchases and repair options

Some of these services may be performed by Information Technology work study students.

Students should remove all private data prior to leaving a device for service. This includes, but is not limited to, files containing passwords, social security and credit card numbers, and photos of a personal nature.

Although we estimate the average repair time being between 3 to 5 days, service times will vary based on the number of devices in the repair queue.
