Room Reservation Request for Student Groups for Fall 2018


Student group reservations can only be made for the fall semester. Spring semester reservations will be called for during block 4.

Room contracts should be completed prior to your room reservation request. If you cannot submit  the room contract first we will make your reservation on a tentative bases. When you receive your reservation confirmation you will be given a deadline for submitting your room contract. If your room contract is not turned in by then we will cancel your reservations.

Please remember that a request does not guarantee your space. Room reservation requests will receive e-mail confirmation within 2 working days.
