The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care.

Rape Aggression Defense (RAD)

R.A.D. Rape Aggression Defense Systems Registered Logo

The RAD Basic Self-Defense Class for Women is generally offered once each semester.  If you have a group of women who'd like to take the class at another time, it may be possible to arrange an additional class.  Some important information:  the program consists of 12 hours of instructional training and simulation and participants must complete at least the first 9 hours of instruction in order to complete the class, participation fee is $25, the minimum class size is 6 participants and the maximum is 12.  For more information contact Brenda at x4292 (319-895-4292) or Officer Gehrke (319-895-6141).
