Campus Wellness

Wellness and health at Cornell

How does Cornell support you in your health and wellness? We focus on your whole health and well-being. At the Hilltop Café you’ll find dining options to help you maintain your nutritional needs, and support dietary needs from vegan to gluten-free. Our Health Promotions Office organizes wellness programs and shares informational materials. The larger Well-Being Network oversees multiple campus offices that offer programs, services, and events on campus focused on your mind, body, and spiritual wellness.

Whole student wellness

Your overall wellness depends on staying attuned to your mental and physical well-being. We’ve got you covered.

Intramurals

We make it easy to find ways to stay active. Cornell College offers a variety of intramural activities, from team sports (like volleyball and basketball) to more individual activities (like yoga and Zumba). The activities offered change annually.

Cornell College Athletics

The SAW has become a vital hub of health and wellness for our student-athletes and the broader Cornell community. The SAW is home to Cornell’s athletic teams, which include men’s, women’s, and coed teams. The Small Sports Arena, the Meyer’s Strength Training Facility, the Meredith Wrestling Complex, Van Metre Field at Ash Park, Van Metre Family Softball Field, Ash Park Field, Cornell Tennis Courts, and the Cornell Soccer Field round out the home turf for the various athletic programs.
