The The Intramural & Wellness Program offers many events throughout the year that include yoga, aerobics, Pilates, kickboxing, and dance mix classes.
Cardio Kickboxing & Core - Wednesdays, January 31 - May 2 - Dows Hall Fitness Room
This is a weekly workout that will incorporate kickboxing moves. Some weeks will be led by Jill Hopper and some weeks we will watch a video. It will be focused on getting our bodies moving, using our body weight to build strength and flexibility, and having fun!
5k to Relay - Join us weekday mornings March 20 - April 28 at 7:30 AM to train for a 5k. This program consists of running 3 days a week, strength/cross training 2 days, and resting 2 days. It is built for all levels of runners from beginners to advanced.
Each day you participate in the training program you will earn points and be entered to win prizes!
The schedule is set up to run the 5k as part of Cornell's Relay For Life on April 29th but it is not required to participate in the training program. View more information about Relay For Life.
Daily Workouts in Dows - Beginning March 20 - May 5, join us in the Dows Fitness Room at 7:30 PM for a daily dose of sweat! Workouts will vary from day to day but include things like: yoga, Pilates, cardio, High Intensity Interval Training, cardio kickboxing, and dance workouts. Please bring a water bottle, towel, and tennis shoes. Yoga mats will be provided.
