- If you wish to advertise in the plastic table tents in Sodexho, you must first reserve the space through the Information Desk. These tables tents are coordinated by the Student Activities Marketing Assistant. The advertisements go up for one week at a time and are reserved on a first come first served basis. You can either make the table tent yourself or turn in the necessary information and the Marketing Assistant will design it for you. The table tents are put up by Commons Information Desk student workers, student groups can not take out or put up their own table tents.
