Some of them have provided a web site that you can go to to download an application or get additional information. InsuranceProviders.com is proud to introduce a new scholarship promoting motorcycle safety among students.
The Look Twice, Save A Life Scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to any student who is currently attending or planning to attend college or some form of higher education.
The scholarship will be awarded on an annual basis for the Spring semester. The deadline to apply is December, 1st, 2014.

Des Moines Women’s Club Memorial Scholarships For College Students 2015

We appreciate the difficulty students face in financing their education, and we recognize the benefits a college degree can provide. That's why our need-based scholarship rewards students who are looking to better themselves, who have goals and dreams, and who are committed to achieving a college degree. US students who are 16 years of age or older are encouraged to apply for our scholarships. High school students, undergraduate students, master degree students, and adult learners are all encouraged to apply.

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc Scholarship
The Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Program for the Spring 2015 semester includes two (2) $10,000 scholarships and four (4) $5,000 scholarships, to be awarded to undergraduate and graduate students with a declared major of biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life-science field. To qualify for the scholarship, students must have a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and be enrolled in an accredited college for university for the Spring 2015 semester. In addition to these qualifications, students must also be legal United States residents, meaning that students possessing appropriate Visa status in order to study in the United States are also eligible. Students may apply for the scholarship through the Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Website.
Applications will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. PT on December 29, 2014
This is a video essay contest.
In order to participate in the scholarship contest, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be currently attending or planning to attend a college or university during the 2015-2016 academic year.
Must be in good academic standing with your current educational institution
For applicants under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian
Must apply to the contest via email and provide your name, address, and the name of the institution you are attending or plan to attend
Must provide your video essay (YouTube format preferred) by the deadline of January 15, 2015.
A winner will be chosen on March 15, 2015

This annual scholarship of $1000 is designed to alleviate some of the financial pressure on present and future students with the desire and potential to succeed.
The application process requires applicants to write and submit an essay of approximately 1000 words on the following topic: What Law Would You Change and Why?
