Most importantly, we'll work with you and your student throughout his or her four years at Cornell College, annually reviewing your financial situation, offering guidance, and determining an appropriate assistance package.

About Me: Graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Northern Iowa. I have been in the financial assistance profession for eighteen years, and have been at Cornell since 1994. I have been married to my husband, Tom since 1983 and we have one son, Patrick and a golden retriever, Hunter.
How do I spend my work day at Cornell? I am responsible for the administration of the college’s financial assistance programs. This includes all federal, state, and institutional financial assistance programs and funding.
What can I do for you? I work with first-year and returning students whose last names begins with A-G. I am also the Tuition Exchange Coordinator for the college.

About Me: I graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration. I am married with two children and two dogs. I live in Mount Vernon and enjoy living in such a wonderful, supportive, friendly community. I enjoy being involved in many things in the community from my childrens' school activities, church, and the college.
How do I spend my work day at Cornell? I spend much of my day talking with current students and parents regarding any aspect of the financial assistance process. I also administer the student employment program at Cornell.
What can I do for you? I can help you with any questions you have regarding the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, student employment, and student loan questions. I work with first-year and returning students whose last name begins with P-Z.

About Me: I graduated with a B.A. in anthropology and a minor in psychology from
the University of Iowa. I recently moved back to Iowa
after completing my M.Ed. at Northeastern University in Boston. I love
a
good joke, spending time with friends, and painting. I currently live
by Lake MacBride, so I also spend a lot of time swimming and kayaking.
How do I spend my work day at Cornell? I assist first-year and current students whose last names begin with H-O with financial assistance questions. I work with state programs and outside scholarship programs through the Iowa College Foundation and The United Methodist Foundation.
What can I do for you? I’m here to help you find the college that is right for you. I will take the
time to get to know you and assist you through the admission process. I also can
help you with your financial aid questions. I will be traveling around Iowa and
to Nashville, and I look forward to meeting with you on the road!

About Me: I am new to Cornell College but I have been in financial aid for 10+ years. I have been married since 1980 and have 3 grown children. My youngest is in college. My kids graduated from Mount Vernon and I am active in the Methodist Church. In my spare time, when it is nice, you will find me on our boat, fishing or home scrapbooking or doing other projects.
