Chop It Up Chats
During the second week of each block, the Office of Intercultural Life hosts a drop-in, participant-driven dialogue regarding various sociocultural topics. Chats are held over the lunch period on the Orange Carpet and are informal opportunities for students and other members of the campus community to share, or simply listen to the ideas, definitions, and experiences of others related to a given topic.
Each session presents a different topic that is presented in advance by a Cornell College community member, or that is related to a particular special or current event. The topics and dialogue are intended to promote a deeper inquiry into issues and thoughts regarding culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
