How is ethnic identity developed and maintained? When does conflict develop between ethnic groups? Why does ethnicity matter? The Ethnic Studies Program addresses questions of ethnic identity and relations between ethnic groups. Students may develop an interdisciplinary major in Ethnic Studies by following the recommendations in our Course Offerings.
