The job search process is hard work that takes a great deal of time, energy, and organization. However it can be manageable if you dedicate the effort to doing it right and if you use the many resources out there designed to help you. Break down your search process into small tasks that seem doable and not overwhelming. Give yourself a timeline, ask for help, and stay at it.
