Biographical Sketch

Colin Grant Pennington, Ph.D. is a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology;

His research focuses on physical education teacher training, teacher socialization, and physical education’s impact on public health and wellness.

He has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Sport Pedagogy with a Health Promotion foundation from the University of Alabama, and a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology with a strength and conditioning foundation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogical Kinesiology and a foundation in biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
