Meg Jacobs, Assistant Professor of Education, teaches courses in reading, language arts, and math theory and teaching methods for elementary education majors, and Exceptional Learner for students across the College. She has 15 years of combined experience as a classroom teacher, Title I and Reading Recovery teacher, and a literacy coach in elementary schools. Her research interests include culturally responsive pedagogy, classroom discourse, and the relationship between literacy, power, and inequality.
