Room reservations can be made on Meeting Room Manager. This link can also be found on the Student Gateway. 

Reservations can be made throughout the year based on availability and are confirmed by the Information Desk.

Reservations can be made for single or multiple meetings. Reservations for an upcoming academic year can be made at the end of the current year and will be confirmed before the start of the fall semester.

If a special set up is required for an event or meeting, this needs to be communicated on the reservation and will be confirmed by the Information Desk. Any questions related to specific rooms or set up should be directed to the Information Desk.
