After approximately the second week of the academic year, students may print a current student enrollment verification certificate by logging in to the National Student Clearing House. This can be used for insurance, employment, or other purposes.
If for some reason using the National Student Clearing House (above) does not work for you, please print and complete this Enrollment Verification Form and return it to the Registrar's Office (first floor of Old Sem).
If you have a form to be completed, please bring it to the Registrar's Office during regular business hours. Upon completion, we can return it to you or directly to the company or agency involved, as you wish.
New student enrollment verifications can not be done until the 4th day of attendance.
