One Course Summer Institute
June 11–28, 2019
Apply to take part in a two and a half week course (worth three college credit hours!) at Cornell College for high school students. Attending the One Course Summer Institute makes you eligible for a $4,000 scholarship if you enroll as a full-time student at Cornell.
Are you a talented or motivated student who wants to get a jump-start on earning some college credits? If you are a rising junior or senior by June 2019 or a 2019 high school graduate at the time the summer program starts, you are eligible. Cornell's One Course Summer Institute is designed for you. Apply for one of six hands-on courses. You'll learn alongside peers from across the country and discover what professors expect of college-level work—all while experiencing One Course At A Time firsthand.
You'll arrive and check-in on Tuesday, June 11. Your class will start the following day on Wednesday, June 12.

Beyond the classroom
Immerse yourself in academic, social, cultural, and recreational activities. You'll get plenty of time to study in the afternoon and evenings. Additional college prep workshops will be available.
All meals will be prepared and served by Bon Appétit, our award-winning food service provider that focuses on fresh, nutritious ingredients, and a made-from-scratch approach. Bon Appétit offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals, and can also accommodate food allergies.
If you plan on commuting, you can dine on campus too, and simply pay for the meals you eat.
You will stay in Tarr Hall, which has secure key-card access. (If you live nearby, you can also commute instead of staying on campus.) Resident advisors are located on each floor to provide additional support and mentoring.
