Cornell College now uses Skedda for room reservations across campus

**Spaces not available in Skedda may be referenced below under Building Managers and require a special form. The Small Athletic and Wellness Center (SAW) is not yet available for reservations within Skedda until construction is officially complete.

How to Book (Desktop):

  1. Log in to cornellcollege.skedda.com using your Cornell credentials
  2. Look at the schedule or map to see what spaces are available at your desired date and time. (You can change what building you are looking at the schedule for by selecting the name of the building under the “Spaces” dropdown in the upper right-hand corner)
  3. Click on the scheduler within your desired timeframe, or the green + sign to begin entering your reservation’s details.
    1. Some spaces are by request only and require that you complete a request form. The same link will be available in the room description of each of those spaces.
  4. Complete all of the fields and enter any additional information in the space provided. At this time, you may also invite additional guests using the “Attendees” section at the bottom of the booking.
    1. You will be required to accept our room use terms at the time of booking.

Your event will automatically be created in Google Calendar! Any attendees will also be sent an invitation via Google Calendar.

  1. Log in to cornellcollege.skedda.com OR open up the Skedda App. Sign in using your Cornell credentials. (Within the app select “Log in with Single Sign On” at the bottom of the screen)

  2. Look at the schedule or map to see what spaces are available at your desired date and time.
    1. To filter what space you are looking for by building, select List view, then use the magnifying glass to apply your desired filter.
  3. Tap on the scheduler within your desired timeframe, or the green + sign to begin entering your reservation’s details.
    1. Some spaces are by request only and require that you complete a request form. The same link will be available in the room description of each of those spaces.
  4. Complete all of the fields and enter any additional information in the space provided. At this time, you may also invite additional guests using the “Attendees” section at the bottom of the booking.

Your event will be automatically created in Google Calendar when you finish creating it in Skedda! Any attendees will also be sent an invitation via Google Calendar.

Viewing/Editing your existing reservations:

Edits to your event must be done through Skedda, and changes will be reflected in your Google Calendar. (The exception to this is adding notes, which may be done in the Calendar event directly.)

To edit or view your events: (Desktop & Mobile)

  1. After logging in to Skedda, select “List” view at the top of the page.
  2. Select “My Bookings”, to see your own bookings. From there you can filter by date range using the drop-down calendar at the top of the screen, and by space using the “Views” drop down in the upper right-hand corner.
    1. To filter spaces on Mobile devices, use the magnifying glass and select your desired view.
  3. Click on the reservation you wish to edit, then click “Manage” > “View/Edit Details” or “Remove booking” to cancel your event completely.

    • (After hours & weekend reservations encouraged in advance. Info Desk staff may be able to assist with these reservations, but not guaranteed)
    • TC Premier Spaces Request form- required for Hedges, Hall-Perrine, Smith Dining Room, and Ringer Dining Room

Room/Space Reservation Priority:

All room reservations and changes are left up to the discretion of the appropriate building manager. Should specific priority groups or events need access to space, your room reservations may be canceled or modified and a suitable substitute will be presented whenever possible. Room reservation will be prioritized as follows:

  • Board of Trustees
  • Classroom & Select Staff Use
  • Clubs & Organizations
  • Student Study Spaces 
  • Other

Room/Space Reservation Guidelines:

  • Sanitizing Rules- Students are required to wipe down study spaces before and after use with materials from the centrally-located sanitizing stations. 
  • Advance Bookings- Room reservations should not be booked more than one block in advance if possible. In the event that events are booked farther in advance, they may be subject to cancellation due to needs for priority events. 
  • Room Technology- Classrooms that have specialized technology equipment are not available for use as evening study spaces.
  • Academic Building Access- Students who need access to an academic building after it is locked for the evening can obtain passes in advance from their faculty members.
