Cornell College invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Associate Director of the Berry Center. The associate director will coordinate the operation of the Berry Center; organize public lectures, workshops, seminars, reading groups, and other events; develop and support off-campus and distinguished visitor programs; advise students seeking assistance with internships and career planning; provide support for students interested in graduate and professional school; assist with the development of and placement of students in experiential learning opportunities; and coordinate program communications and publications. This position will work closely with the Career Engagement Center and other experiential learning centers to coordinate efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or relevant experience in an appropriate social science-related academic or professional field preferred. Previous experience with applied economics, business, and/or public policy professions as a student, faculty member, or advisor preferred, as well as experience in the development and administration of academic enrichment programs for students.
