Student Payroll FAQ
When is my timecard due? When will I get my pay?
Each shift worked, it is required of the student to go to the online time card system and record time worked. The link to access this is: http://www.cornellcollege.edu. Click on Students and then on the right hand side under the column "Jobs, Finances, & IT" is a link for Time cards. Log in with your Cornell ID (user name) and password. After the pay period has ended, supervisors will review and approve the time card. Once approved, time cards will be sent to the Payroll Coordinator to pay.
Payroll is on a bi-weekly basis that runs two weeks in arrears. (For example - Payroll is direct deposited on April 24th for the time worked March 29 - April 11).
How do I know how much was deposited into my bank account each month?
Earning statements are available on-line. To access: go to http://www.cornellcollege.edu/human-resources/index.shtml .
