• Improve the façade and entry experience
• Allow more natural light into the building
• Add gathering and meeting spaces
• Create dining facilities to support a program that becomes a point of pride for Cornell

Upper Level

• Renovated main dining facility with expanded servery stations
• New dishroom
• New dining room with a patio
• New entryways and lobby; a lounge space with a fireplace
• New College Bookstore, Information Desk and restrooms

Middle Level

• A multipurpose space, two new small meeting rooms and two new classrooms
• Renovated retail dining facility
• New Fitness Center and new restrooms
• New or improved offices for staff and student organizations

Lower Level

• Renovated kitchen and new equipment
• New mail and service center
• Renovated classrooms
• One additional classroom (pending funding)

All Levels

• Public elevator

Exterior

• Patio with an outdoor fireplace
• Terrace
• Improved landscaping on the south side of the building
