Complaint/Grievance Process

Complaint/grievance - An expression by a patient of dissatisfaction with services received.

Procedure to file a complaint -

Option 1 - You may schedule an appointment to voice your complaint in person with the individual involved or the Director of SHS.

  • Obtain a Student Feedback Form from the Health Services website.
  • The Director will investigate the complaint and take action to resolve the problem insofar as possible.
  • You will be notified of the outcome of the investigation including any action taken.
  • You have a right to appeal to the Dean of Students if you believe the outcome is unsatisfactory.
