RA/PA Application Process
**This information is for new RA or PA candidates only. Current staff will learn about the re-application process from their supervisor soon.**
Overview
There are very few jobs as challenging, yet at the same time, interesting and rewarding, as those of a resident assistant (RA) or peer advocate (PA). These students are an integral part of our student life
program at Cornell College. As you know, these positions are the core of student leadership on campus by providing tremendous peer role-modeling and assistance to students.
Position descriptions
The responsibilities for the RA and PA roles overlap in many areas, but have significant differences as well. Please review each carefully to see which position is a better fit for you.
Application process
To be considered an applicant for the PA or RA role you MUST attend a seminar on each of the topics, complete an application and take part in an individual interview.

Applications:
PA applications can be found here. They are due via email to Tera Kringle by February 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.
You can download an RA application. They are due via email to Jill Hopper by February 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.
Individual Interviews:
PA interviews will take place Monday, February 13-Friday, February 17 & Monday, February 20th-Thursday, February 23
RA interviews will take place Tuesday, February 14-Friday, February 17 & Monday February 20-Wednesday, February 22
