Waivers

All incoming students sign the Student Participation Risk Waiver. This waiver is for involvement in student activities on campus. 

Organizations or clubs that with be traveling off campus, or participating in high risk activities should have their members sign an additional waiver. Groups interested in creating an additional waiver for these events should contact the Director of Student Activities.
