Here are some tips:
- Have a leadership structure that is appropriate to the size of your group. If you are working with a small number of members consider whether or not you want all of your members to be in leadership roles
- Have set meeting times. This will provide consistency to the organization and members will be able to anticipate when to meet.
- Plan ahead when possible. It can be challenging to plan ahead on the block schedule but having an idea of when events, meetings etc. are taking place will make them more likely to actually happen.
