Item Inventory and Storage

Any item purchased through the student activity fund (Student Senate funding) may not be kept in a student’s room. Storage is provided in the basement of the Thomas Commons. Contact the Information Desk about getting a storage space.

To access any shared storage space in the lower level of the Commons, each group will need to identify 2 individuals within the group that may use the key. A member of your Executive Board will need to contact Carol Stock at the Information Desk to request access to the general storage space. Each group will be responsible for their own keys to the divided shelves.

An inventory of all items purchased by organizations through the student activities fund will be kept by Student Senate for all students to access. It is recommended that each group keeps an inventory of their own as well.
