Telephones
Cornell College provides one shared telephone port in each of the residence hall rooms. Telephones are optional and are not provided. Students wishing to use the telephone in their room must also provide the telephone phone cord.
The College telephone system allows students to receive calls, make on-campus calls, and make local calls. To receive direct-dialed called to a student's rooms, callers should dial (319) 895-xxxx, where "xxxx" is the extension for that particular room. Students wishing to make long distance calls must provide their own long distance access (either through a cell phone or a calling card).
For complete details on the telephone system, visit Information Technology's website on Student Telephones.
