Graduation Diploma DistributionGraduate! Congratulations on receiving that final piece of paper that declares you have met all degree requirements and have earned your degree from Cornell College!
During Commencement ceremonies on Sunday, May 12th President Brand and the Chair of the Board of Trustees will present your diploma cover to you. Following the ceremony please come to the Registrar’s table on the west side of College Hall to pick-up your diploma. Signs will be posted directing you to Diplomas.
You are expected to pick up your diploma prior to 1 p.m. on May 12th.
- You will be asked to sign for it and you may not send a friend or family member to pick it up for you.
- If you are graduating in absentia, tell the Registrar's Office where to mail it to you.
- Students who attend the graduation ceremony but do not pick up their diploma will be charged a mail and service fee of $10 and your diploma will be mailed to the permanent address on file.
All participants will receive the diploma cover. Reasons you may not receive your diploma may include financial obligations to the College or degree requirements yet to be met.
Remember to look for the Diploma signs!
Best wishes to you in your future plans.
Sincerely, The Registrar’s Staff
