The Cornell College Mock Trial Team made its first trip into national postseason competition in March and compiled a record of 7 wins and 1 loss in the tournament's opening round with victories over the likes of University of Colorado, University of Missouri at Kansas City, and Central Missouri State University. They will participate in the National Championship Tournament in April. Competion will be from NYU, Stanford, Columbia and Penn to name a few.

The Rams wrestling team placed eighth at the NCAA Division III Championships and crowned three All-Americans, led by national runner-up Nick Nothern at 133 pounds.
- Cornell's men's basketball team captured the Iowa Conference Tournament title and earned its first trip to the NCAA Division III Tournament since 1994. The Rams finished their record-setting season with a 21-7 mark under IIAC Coach of the Year Mike DeGeorge.
- Senior women's tennis player Pavla Brachova became Cornell's all-time leader for doubles wins, collecting her 78th and 79th career doubles victories March 14.
- Cornell's track and field program qualified two athletes for the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, highlighted with Rachelle Hawkins' eighth-place finish in the mile run. Hawkins became Cornell's 10th All-American in indoor track and field.
- Relay-for-Life, an American Cancer Society fundraiser held in communities and on college campuses across the country, will be hosted for the sixth time at Cornell in May. Cornellians raised more than $56,449 last year and received national recognition.
- Alternative Spring Break, a volunteer service opportunity, will include 14 students and 1 staff member. They will travel to the Pine Ridge Native American Reservation in Pine Ridge, SD, to provide assistance building homes or performing much-needed maintenance on existing homes. This will help thwart the housing shortage on the reservation that affects the lives of the Lakota.
- 102 students are applying for 37 Resident Assistant and 30 Peer Advocate positions, among the most prestigious and responsibility-bearing leadership positions on campus.
