The Student Theatre Council is an organization whose purpose is to supplement the educational theatre opportunities provided by the theatre department by providing new opportunities to direct, act, design and produce to all students and to provide entertainment for the Cornell College community and the surrounding area. Each semester we produce one "Gumbo Project" a conglomeration of works of theatre. Involvement varies, but the show is completely student ran and produced. We also produce one “End of the Year Production” in May, which is a full length show completely ran by students. The general membership of the Student Theatre Council is made up of students regularly attending Theatre Departmental Meetings held in Kimmel Theatre on the first Wednesday of every block at 11:15AM. |
