Cornell gives me the opportunity to celebrate the dignity and worth of each individual because we have such a wide variety of people on campus, it's impossible to ignore them! As Cornell students, we all have such strong personalities that they really stick out, and it's important to realize that we are all different and require different things. We can't generalize that everyone needs the same thing. Cornell has exposed me to such a variety of personality types that I find myself being so much more receptive to outside views than I used to be, and even more so than a lot of people that I meet off campus.
