  1. Direct your web browser to
    http://www.cornellcollege.edu/business-office/timecards .
  2. Login with your Cornell Username and Password.
  3. From here a list of your Work Study positions are shown.

Clock In/Clock Out

The Clock In/Clock Out method will automatically keep track of the time worked during a Work Study shift.

  1. Clicking Clock In will start a work shift.
  2. Clicking Clock Out will end the shift.

View More Information about Work Study Position

Clicking the link under Position will allow you to explore more information about a specific Work Study position, including:

  • The total hours worked for the month is shown in the heading.
  • The position title and department are shown below the month heading.
  • The previous and next month are shown on the right with links to view those pay periods.
  • The supervisor is shown to the right below the previous and next months.
  • The individual time periods worked are shown in the boxes and include:
    • Date
    • Total hours
    • Start and end time
    • A link to remove the time period [X]

Manually Add a Work Period

  1. Click Add Time Entry on the Work Study Position page
  2. Click the box under Start (Date and Time)
  3. Select a Date and Time
    • Note: Times are shown in military time
  4. Click Done
  5. Click the box under Stop (Date and Time)
  6. Select a Date and Time
    • Note: Times are shown in military time
  7. Click Done
  8. Click Submit

Remove a Time Period

  1. View the Work Study Position page
  2. Click the [X] link to the right of the work period you would like to remove

Logout

Click Logout in the left hand navigation at any time.
