The new administrative software from Sungard brings with it a new student records system. The new system has information for faculty on their classes, advisees, course schedule, and more. The new system is called “Self Service” and it can be accessed at:
To login use your Cornell user name and password.
Please note that some portions of the system have been disabled and are not available. Wherever possible, we have removed the links to these portions of the application. There is also an issue with viewing all advisees. Currently it causes a timeout on the server (the page takes longer to load than the server can give). We have submitted the issues to Sungard to correct and hope they will be fixed soon. Currently you must search for an advisee by name (at least one character of their first or last name). As issues are corrected and new features introduced the information at http://www.cornellcollege.edu/information-technology/software-training/self-service will be updated.
