Job Assembly

Using the "Job Assembly" function allows you to scan and email multiple pages as one PDF file.

1. Swipe your ID card to log in.
2. Press the email icon. If you want to email to someone other than yourself, add their names to the list.
3. In the top right corner, choose Job Assembly and change "Build Job" to on.
4. Scan each item that you want in the PDF.
5. When you are done, change "Build Job" to off. All of the pages that you scanned will be saved as one PDF file for you to email.
