Server Maintenance Schedule

IT will perform regularly scheduled server and network maintenance from 5:00-7:00am every Friday. Not all services will be affected at this time. However, some services will not be available. The schedule and the affected services are listed below.

1st Friday of each month

PowerCampus

Dynamics

Secure Web Site

All campus file shares (ie. Home Drives, Department shares, Class shares, etc...)

2nd Friday of each month

Citrix (not used a lot as yet)

TSGateway (used to remotely access your computer)

3rd Friday of each month

People

SharePoint

Reporting Services

Printing

4th Friday of each month

E-Mail (local and remote)
