Your Android based phone can be set up to connect to the Cornell Exchange server to get email remotely on your phone. Here's how to set it up:

If you do not have any e-mail accounts set up on your phone already,

• Go to Settings->Accounts & sync
• Tap Add Account
• On the next screen tap Corporate
• Type in your email address and password in the appropriate fields and tap Next
• On the next screen
  • In the Domain\Username field type cornellcollege.edu\yourusername
  • The Password field should automatically be filled
  • In the Server field type mail1.cornellcollege.edu
  • Scroll down and tap Next
• Tap Next again
• Type in your name in the Your name field and optionally name the account in the account name field
• Tap Done

You're finished! You should now be taken to your mail Inbox and be able to send and receive emails and/or sync calendar and contacts with Exchange on your Android based Phone.
