Cornell faculty and staff using an Apple computer can send a fax from their computer by remotely connecting to a Windows session.  Once connected you will use the same process that Windows users perform directly from their device. 

  1. Go to the App Store and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop application

  2. Go to https://secure.cornellcollege.edu/information_technology/rdp/

  3. Under the Other section, download the Windows Fax and Scan file

  4. Double-click on file

  5. Use your full email address to log into the remote session

  6. Follow the Windows faxing instruction found at https://www.cornellcollege.edu/information-technology/faxing/send-a-fax.shtml
