Room Reservation Request for Student Groups for Spring 2017
Room contracts filled out for Fall 2016 are good for Spring 2017. Groups who did not have a reservation for the Thomas Commons this fall must first complete and submit a room contract BEFORE your room reservation request will be processed.
Once you have completed and turned in the Room Setup You will be ready to submit your Reservation request on Thursday Dec. 8th. Any request submitted before Dec 8th will be returned to you and you will have to re-submit on Dec. 8th. Please remember that a request does not guaranty your space. Room reservation requests will receive e-mail confirmation within 2 working days.
