Room Reservation Request for Student Groups for Fall 2017
Room contracts must first complete and submit a room contract BEFORE your room reservation request will be processed.
Once you have completed and turned in the Room Setup You will be ready to submit your Reservation request on Monday April 24. Any request submitted before April 24th or before a room contract has been completed and turned in will be returned to you and you will have to re-submit on April 25th or after completion and submitting of a room contract. Please remember that a request does not guaranty your space. Room reservation requests will receive e-mail confirmation within 2 working days.
