• SIGN MUST BE APPROVED by Facility Coordinator or Director of Student Life at the beginning of every year. (special rule)
  • Sponsorship must be explicit
  • No sign will advertise or imply` alcohol, be profane, or imply profanity; the Information Desk reserves the right to remove signs posted in violation of this (or any) guideline
  • The Permanent sign for the Orange Carpet need to follow guidelines for size stated in the OC sign policy;
  • Information must be kept up to date if the information is more than a week old the sign will be removed; after 3 times this is done the sign will not be allowed back up.
  • Location of permanent signs:  May not be hung on the wall facing the stairs.
  • All signs must be removed at the end of the year and stored by the organization.  Any signs left at the end of the year will be removed and we will not be able to guarantee its condition or that it will not be lost.
  • We reserve the right to remove any signs that are deemed in poor condition.
  • There will be times during the school year when we reserve the right to temporarily remove your sign.
