Applications are being accepted for a full-time, 12-month head women's soccer coach. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will manage the operations and recruitment efforts of the women’s soccer program. The head coach is responsible for: coaching and scheduling practices and contests; monitoring annual operation and recruiting budgets; meeting institutional and NCAA obligations; organizing and implementing a successful recruiting plan; supervising the physical conditioning and development of injury prevention techniques, pre-season preparation and post-season completion of program administrative duties; establishing and attaining competition goals; coordinating and conducting management of home athletic events.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Must have a commitment to the values, standards, and expectations of NCAA Division III athletics and a liberal arts college, and an extensive and accomplished coaching background in soccer, preferably at the collegiate level, and a proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes. Master’s degree and experience as a head coach is preferred. Must have a valid Iowa driver’s license and insurance coverage (if driving own vehicle) or be insurable.
