Cornell College now seeks applications for a full-time, 12-month head women’s lacrosse coach. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will manage the operations and recruitment efforts of the women’s lacrosse program. The head coach is responsible for: coaching and scheduling practices and contests; monitoring annual operation and recruiting budgets; meeting institutional and NCAA obligations; organizing and implementing a successful recruiting plan; supervising the physical conditioning and development of injury prevention techniques, pre-season preparation and post-season completion of program administrative duties; establishing and attaining competition goals; periodically assisting with event management for select home athletic events.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a commitment to the values, standards, and expectations of NCAA Division III athletics and a liberal arts college, and an extensive and accomplished coaching
