Cornell College invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Associate Director of Dimensions. The associate director will counsel students interested in the health sciences; organize workshops, seminars, and major speakers; coordinate the application process for relevant graduate and professional schools in healthcare; assist students with placement for experiential learning opportunities; coordinate program communications and publications; coordinate meetings of the Advisory Committee and Operations Committee; maintain the budget for the program.

Qualifications: Advanced degree in an appropriate natural or social science-related academic or professional field, and experience with the health professions as a student, faculty member, or advisor required. Previous administrative and teaching experience preferred.
